Part-time Immediate startMornington Peninsula locationWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant based at our Woodleigh Institute in Moorooduc.The Administration Assistant provides a high level of professional and practical support for the Director of the Woodleigh Institute, and also supports the operation of the Woodleigh Institute. They perform a full range of administrative support functions including the scheduling of appointments, database management, and assisting with the coordination and management of programs and events.This is a part-time position with an FTE of 0.40.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Calendar management including scheduling and coordination of meetings and events with internal and external stakeholdersPreparation of agenda and minutes for Woodleigh Learning Team, Woodleigh Wellbeing Team, and strategic project teams, including distribution and assisting with coordinating organisation of meetings and follow up actionsAdministration of booking process for all Woodleigh Institute programs, including management of communications, e-commerce, and liaison with Finance teamAdministration support for the networks convened by the Woodleigh Institute, including management of communications, newsletters, events, databases, and resourcesAdministration support for the institute events and meetings, including assisting with event coordination and management, and liaison with presenters, participants, stakeholders, providers, and event staffAll administrative tasks related to the Education Management Solutions (EMS) software or equivalent for professional learning, in consultation with the Director. Experience and SkillsMust be able to demonstrate:High level organisational, planning and time management skillsAbility to collect, organise, and analyse informationData management and appropriate data security experienceWell-developed computer skills and good level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, Word and web-based applicationsExperience with setting up information sessions, programs and dissemination of information across a variety of platforms Conditions of EmploymentA Working With Children's Check is required for this positionQualification and First Aid/Anaphylaxis is required for this positionCOVID-19 Vaccination (3rd dose) For further information about this role, please contact Richard Owens (Director of Woodleigh Institute) information about Woodleigh can be found here.Applications must be made online by 5pm Friday 20 May 2022.Woodleigh School is an equal opportunity employer.
