The role primarily focuses on the needs of and provides support to Woodleigh School teachers and students in the Visual Arts.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide classroom support for Visual Arts teaching staff as directed by Head of Visual Arts (including set-up, in class and pack-up).Maintain Visual Arts Department resources at appropriate levels in an organised and easily accessible manner, ensuring all stocks correctly labelledAssistance with the stocktake of materials and equipment Prepare orders and quotes of materials and equipmentAssist the Visual Arts teaching staff in the creation, maintenance and documentation of student work/exhibitions both for the Messenger; the Dame Elisabeth Murdoch Gallery; and school publicationsAssist in ensuring the Visual Arts Department classrooms and courtyard are neat and presentableDocument and report on maintenance requirements of Visual Arts Department equipment and spacesBe aware of and comply with OHS regulations, standards and codes of practice relating to department resources.
